Help Say Goodbye to Breast Cancer with the Hello Bar

Blog / News and Announcements

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month, and people everywhere are putting on pink to raise money for research that will hopefully eradicate a disease that kills too many moms, sisters and wives every day. At Hello Bar we want to make it easy for you to show your support, drive traffic and raise money for this important cause. That’s why we’re releasing this special edition Hello Bar, for free, that brings awareness to your website visitors and gives them a direct link to donate. Together we’ll soon say “hello” to a day where breast cancer is a thing of the past.

We’ve decided to support The Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation for their tireless research and efforts to make breast cancer history. The Hello Bar is pre-linked to their site, but you can link to any organization simply by updating the link in the Hello Bar code below.

Are you with us? If so, there are two ways to participate:

1. If you don’t want to sign up for an account, you can simply paste the below code anywhere within the <body> tag of your website. This will display our default message to support breast cancer research. If you’d like to customize your message see option two. You can remove the code at any time to remove the Hello Bar. Here are some tips for adding the code.

<script type="text/javascript" src="//"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
new HelloBar(1,39268);

2. If you want your very own Hello Bar account, just sign up and create a Hello Bar with a message and link of your choice. You can create any message you like, and you’ll receive the first 25 clicks for free. Existing users – just simply update the message/link of your current Hello Bar.

Our last collective Hello Bar effort raised more than $1 million for the victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami. Let’s come together again and work toward a day where we can all wave goodbye to breast cancer.
