On October 12 around 2pm PST we experienced some downtime on one of our statistical servers for Hello Bar. The issue was fixed later that evening at 7pm PST.
This downtime affected all Hello Bar users. During the down period, no statistical information for clicks or impressions on any Hello Bars were recorded. Also those users who’s Hello Bars send visitors to an URL in the same browser window were unable to be redirected to the desired URLs.
We have since corrected the issue and are monitoring the situation closely.
